Payments
Yes. Totoland Toys accepts M-Pesa. Use only official payment instructions confirmed through Totoland channels.
Delivery
Standard delivery within Nairobi CBD is KSh 100 for qualifying orders. Bulky items may require a different arrangement and charge.
Yes. Delivery may be arranged through a rider. The customer pays the rider delivery fee according to the destination and the applicable product payment as confirmed by Totoland.
Yes. Totoland can arrange countrywide delivery through matatu courier, Speedaf or another suitable courier depending on the destination and product.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days. Non-defective products must be new, unused, unassembled and in resalable condition with the supplied packaging and accessories.
Warranty
No. Totoland Toys does not provide a general ongoing store warranty. A manufacturer warranty applies only where expressly supplied.
